Those cars never seemed to stop coming as he worked his way up to manage a car wash for four years, owned his own full service car wash with partner Mike Melton for six years, then later joined forces with Mike to create Pro-Tech Service Company, LLC. They built their strong reputation as the leader of car wash equipment repair and service beginning in 1984. Their experience of repairing all manufacturers' equipment, managing and owning their own car washes and building over 200 hundred from the ground up has provided Pro-Tech with the knowledge to help others be successful. Now with a staff that continues to grow, the Pro-Tech Service Company team boasts a high employee retention rate with over 50% of their staff being with the company for 15 years or longer.

Ralph Nasca After 40 years in the car wash business, Ralph still loves getting out of bed and coming to work in the morning. Ralph firmly believes that Pro-Tech offers anyone interested in investing in a multimillion dollar, automated car wash business the strongest business model and support system out there. The hundreds of clients whose businesses he has helped successfully establish are a testament to his proven expertise.

Ralph's passion for the industry is well documented as he spent four years on the Southwestern Car Wash Association board and four years on the Education Board for the International Car Wash Association. He is a published author conveying his expertise in numerous nationwide trade magazines.

Mike Melton Service and Maintenance

Mike Melton As the service guru at Pro-Tech Service Company, Mike knows what it takes to maintain an edge in the automated car wash business. Mike believes in good people taking care of good customers, and he ensures that Pro-Tech takes care of its customers in a number of ways, including:

  • Continually upgrading the skills of Pro-Tech's technicians with ongoing factory training
  • Keeping Pro-Tech's fleet current with ongoing evaluation
  • Efficiently managing Pro-Tech's vast inventory of parts
